Annette McClure a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor is the Executive Vice President at Terril & Company Springfield and responsible for all client relationships. Annette brings over 30 years of banking experience in the wealth management and investment business. Annette most recently worked for Marine Bank in Springfield, IL. and oversaw the Marine Bank Wealth Management team for the past 17 years.

Annette helps individuals, families and business owners achieve their financial goals by working with their advisors, including attorneys and accountants, to create a comprehensive investment strategy covering all the client’s various types of investment and retirement accounts. She works with clients to coordinate an optimal tax planning strategy into their wealth planning and helps ensure the client’s estate plan reflects their desires.

Wealth management is a journey and Annette is committed to helping her clients navigate their way toward success. Annette earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Illinois, Springfield. Annette also graduated from the ABA Trust School in 1996 and National Graduate Trust School in 1998 at Northwestern University.

Dallas Whittaker recently joined Terril & Co with almost 25 years of experience in financial services and is located in Terril’s newly established office in Springfield, IL.

Dallas is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and currently holds a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor™ designation awarded through the College for Financial Planning, a Chartered Life Underwriter® designation through the American College and a Bachelor’s Degree through Thomas Edison State University.

Stacy Foli Administrative Officer and Client Relationship Specialist at Terril & Company in Springfield, IL. Stacy joined the firm in June of 2023 and brings 30 plus years of banking experience in Trust & Investment Services, Retail Banking and ACH to the Terril team.

Stacy is responsible for assisting clients in our Springfield office with disbursement requests, deposits, and any other assistance they may need. Stacy enjoys client interaction and getting to know her clients. She is also responsible for client events such as our popular Holiday Client Seminar.

Andrew Purdy is the Client Contact Administrator at Terril & Company in Springfield, Illinois. He joined the firm in June 2023 after more than 12 years in the banking industry. Andrew is responsible for processing new account requests for the Springfield office. He works closely with our bank custodians regarding account transfers, deposits, and disbursements. Andrew assists with IRA administration, account reconciliation, and additional back-office responsibilities. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Illinois at Springfield in 2013.
